WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS.
THIS INCLUDES AUGUST RENEWAL CARDS AND EACH
MONTH’S RENEWAL CARDS THEREAFTER.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CREDIT UNION HAS
YOUR CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.

The credit union has been made aware that members are receiving calls stating that your card has been compromised. The call is automated and asks if you would like to keep your card open. The system asks you give card and account information.
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS AND PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CARD OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!
These calls are not coming from the credit union or the credit union’s fraudulent call center.
If you have given out card number or account number, please contact us immediately at 334-364-2850.
FRAUD ALERT: PLEASE REMEMBER that EAC Federal Credit Union WILL NEVER send you an e-mail, text message, or call requesting your personal information or information about your account. You should never respond to these types of phone calls or e-mails. Please protect your account information, passwords, card cvv numbers, and PIN's at all times and never disclose this information to anyone.
